    SureCloud Platform Change of Service IP Address

    What is happening?

    The SureCloud platform endpoint URL will be shortly moving to use a dynamic IP address rather than the current static IP.

    This will occur over the weekend of March 5th/6th 2022.

    How does this affect me?

    If you're a customer that hosts a SureCloud appliance for running internal network/security scans your appliance will need to be able to communicate back to the SureCloud platform and the new dynamic IP address may stop this happening. Without connectivity your appliance will not function and your scan and event data cannot be collected.

    What do I need to do?

    You should check and update your Appliance outbound firewall rules to allow FQDN access to If you are not the right technical contact please forward this onto your internal networking team to ensure the continued use of your internal security appliance.

    This work will need to be completed by March 4th 2022 in order to guarantee continued service.
