In order to support the extraction (including data merge) of a word document via the Word Extract capability, SureCloud requires MS Word 2013 or later to be installed on the end-users desktop.
Prior versions of Word (2010 or earlier) do not support the use of "repeating content controls" which are critical to the ability to build tables of data via an extract.
If you are an Office365 user then you will also need to ensure you have a desktop version of Word since the web browser version (available in E1 packages upwards) does not support data merge.
