This guide should not be used for any user account which is using single sign-on functionality.
User passwords can be reset by the administrator of the customer instance (or the administrator of a partner instance on behalf of a managed customer).
- From any screen on the platform, navigate using the Organisation dropdown to the Organisation settings.
- Ensure you are in the Users tab and find the user you are resetting the password for
- Click on the pencil icon to edit the user
- In the edit panel, find the Reset Password check box and mark it as checked
- Press OK
The user will be sent a link to the reset their password to the email address that has been setup for the user.
