    Resetting User Passwords (as an administrator)

    This guide should not be used for any user account which is using single sign-on functionality.

    User passwords can be reset by the administrator of the customer instance (or the administrator of a partner instance on behalf of a managed customer).

    1. From any screen on the platform, navigate using the grid icon Menu_Button.PNG on the top bar to open the settings.

    2. Ensure you are in the Users tab and find the user you are resetting the password for

    3. Click on the pencil icon to edit the user Pencil_Icon.PNG

    4. In the edit panel, find the Reset Password check box and mark it as checked

    5. Press OK

    The user will be sent a link to the reset their password to the email address that has been setup for the user.
