PDF Dashboard or Portlet

It is possible to produce and download a PDF of any dashboard or individual portlet.

In order to produce a PDF of a dashboard, perform the following steps:

• Using the Nav Bar, browse to the dashboard you wish to PDF.
• Invoke the dashboard configuration menu from the ellipses buttons at the top right hand corner of the dashboard (3 dots).
• Select Download PDF.
• Wait for the dashboard PDF to be produced. It will download automatically.

Note: The dashboard will perform an automatic refresh before producing the PDF and so the download will not start until the refresh is complete.

In order to produce a PDF of an individual Dashboard portlet, perform the following steps:

• Using the Nav Bar, browse to the dashboard which contains the portlet you'd like to PDF.
• Find the portlet in question and invoke the configuration menu by clicking on the 3 dots on the top right hand corner of the portlet.
• Select Download PDF.
• Wait for the portlet PDF to be produced. It will download automatically.

Note: The portlet will perform an automatic refresh before producing the PDF and so the download will not start until the refresh is complete.
