All requests for new product functionality are welcome and carefully considered by SureCloud.
Please submit these to us via firstname.lastname@example.org where they will be evaluated by our Customer Success team.
- Where the feature already exists we will assist you with advice and in directing you to the correct documentation.
- Where the feature can be facilitated through our Customer Success or Professional Services teams we will work directly with you to get you to your desired outcome.
- Finally, where the feature already exists as an enhancement request, we will confirm the existing reference and add your organisations name to the list of interested parties and complement it with your additional insights.
New features requests are reviewed on a regular basis by our Product team. We endeavour to take all reasonable requests onboard but please be aware that not all ideas can be accepted to the product backlog.
